Shipping & Delivery
COFINT provides shipping and delivery services for office furniture purchases. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Freight & Delivery Fees
Freight, delivery, and installation fees will be applied as required. All fees will be clearly outlined in your quote before you place an order. For accurate freight costs, please contact us with your delivery address and order details.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on product availability, location, and order size. Standard delivery times are typically 2-4 weeks for in-stock items, but may vary for custom orders or bulk purchases. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
Installation Services
Professional installation services are available in the Northern Territory. Our qualified professionals will assemble and position your furniture for optimal workspace efficiency. Installation fees are separate from product costs and will be included in your quote.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If products reach you in damaged condition or not as supplied as per your Purchase Order, you must notify COFINT within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
You will be contacted within 24 hours and advised of the collection date. Please have the goods with the Purchase Order attached ready for collection. We will also supply details for pick up and return.
Warranty Claims
If a product is damaged and we can replace or repair the item, please follow our warranty procedure. Warranty repairs are handled separately from returns.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the custom nature of many office furniture products, change of mind returns may not be available for all items. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation. Custom orders and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (for damaged/incorrect items)
- Provide your Purchase Order number and details of the issue
- We will arrange collection or provide return instructions
- Items must be in original condition and packaging where possible
- Refunds or replacements will be processed upon receipt and inspection
Changes to Orders
COFINT must be advised IN WRITING, via an AMENDED Purchase Order, of any changes to an existing order. Emails to our COFINT office are the only acceptable methods. We will not alter any details in our system until we receive written authority and an amended order.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that this procedure is followed. COFINT reserves the right to reject amendments when the item has passed the fabric acquisition/upholstery process.
